Let's Bake! You will need: 1 box gluten free chewy 2 large eggs fudge brownie mix 2 tbs water 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal pan or 325 degrees F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease bottom of an 8 x 8 inch square pan. 2 Stir melted butter, water and eggs with a whisk until combined. Add dry mix and blend until moistened. Spread into pan. 3 Bake for 30-35 minutes or until brownies start to pull away from sides. Cool and cut into squares. Yield: 16 Brownie squares. 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray ten 4 oz. ramekins with non-stick cooking spray. 2 Add the dry mix, eggs, egg yolks, butter or coconut oil, water and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Whisk to incorporate well so there are no lumps. 3 Scoop the batter evenly between the ramekins. They should be about 2/3 full: Place ramekins onto baking tray. 4 Bake 8-12 minutes or until the outside of the cakes are set but the center is still gooey. 5 The cakes will have risen. To check if the cakes are ready, tap on the top of them with your index finger. When tapped, the cakes should jiggle in the center. 6 Remove cakes from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately. Do not eat raw batter. Do not underbake. Store in a cool, dry place.
