Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Stovetop: 1. Bring 4 qts. of lightly salted water to a boil. 2. Add frozen ravioli to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer, and stir gently. 3. Heat uncovered for approximately 4-6 minutes, until ravioli float or to desired tenderness. 4. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. 5. Drain well and serve. Microwave: (1100 watt microwave ovens and higher): 1. Place 8 frozen ravioli in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/4 cup water. Spoon 1/2 cup desired sauce onto ravioli. Cover. 2. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. 3. Stir and cover. Microwave on high 2 minutes longer. Let stand for 2 minutes. 4. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. Cook thoroughly. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen.
