Directions
Preparation: If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Microwave: Remove paper sleeve from exterior of tray. Remove pouch from tray and cut a small slit in the top of the film. Place the pouch back into the microwaveable tray and loosely cover with a paper towel. Microwave for 3 to 4-1/2 minutes on high. Remove from microwave and allow to sit for 1 minute before serving-package will be hot. Stove Top: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Remove meat from the package and place it in the warm skillet. Allow the pulled pork to warm up gradually, occasionally stirring, until heated through. This hand-pulled pork is slowly smoked over real Applewood in small batches to create a soft hint of sweet and smoky flavor. Add it to your tacos, nachos, mac and cheese, or stacked on a bun with your favorite sauce. Keep refrigerated.
