Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw product before cooking. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Remove product from packaging. BBQ: Cook in pre-heated lidded barbecue on medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs. Frying Pan: Cook over low heat in a lidded non-stick frying pan for 14 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Oven: Cook on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a pre-heated 425 degrees (218 degrees C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs. When Cooking Sausages: Do not pierce sausages; they'll lose their flavorful juices. After cooking, allow sausages to rest for a few minutes. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
