Lightly oil skillet. Add frozen Beyond Steak and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to your liking and enjoy. Air Fryer: In a single layer, add frozen Beyond Steak to air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and cook for 4-5 minutes. Season to your liking and enjoy. Not Recommended: Microwave and oven. Perishable: Keep frozen.
