MICROWAVE (Preferred Method): 1. Place tray on a microwavable safe plate. 2. Peel back film from one corner to vent Vegetable Lo Mein. 3. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. 4. Stir contents. 5. Continue to cook on HIGH for an additional 1 minute, may need an additional 30 seconds or until hot**. CAUTION: CONTENTS ARE HOT. USE CARE WHEN HANDLING THE TRAY. NOTE: MICROWAVE OPERATING AT 1200 WATTS. MICROWAVES MAY VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES TO INDIVIDUAL MICROWAVE. STIR FRY: 1. Preheat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a stove top pan on MEDIUM for 1 minute or until oil is hot. 2. Add Vegetable Lo Mein and lower heat to LOW and cover with lid for 6-7 minutes**, stirring occasionally. OVEN: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Peel the film back in one corner. Place tray on a baking sheet and into the oven and set timer for 30 minutes. 3. Stir contents halfway through the baking process. 4. Continue to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until hot**. 5. Carefully remove film. Stir, and enjoy. CAUTION: CONTENTS ARE HOT. USE CARE WHEN HANDLING THE TRAY. **Internal temperature should be 165°F for at least 15 seconds. This product is not ready-to-eat. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature. Do not use in toaster oven. Do not reuse tray.
