Cook from Refrigerated: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick spray, bake uncovered for 7-8 minutes* until minimum internal temperature of 145 degree F is maintained. *Cooking time will vary according to thickness of fish. Oven and grill temperatures may vary. Cook fish to internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Grilling Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cut fillet into serving size portions, season fish to taste and spray non-stick cooking spray on grill. Grill fish skin side down for 4 minutes*, then turn over and grill for an additional 2 minutes*. Let portions sit for 3-4 minutes, serve. *Cooking time will vary according to thickness of fish. Oven and grill temperatures may vary. Cook fish to internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Cook thoroughly. Caution: We strive to produce a fully boneless product.
