Brie for Baking: 1. Place your Aloutte Brie for baking on lined sheet tray. 2. Add your favorite ingredients (ie. Berries, apples, nuts, honey or jam). 3. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 13 minutes. Enjoy while it is still warm! Optional: Wrap Brie and toppings in puff pastry and bake in 400 F oven or 15 minutes until pastry is golden. Rest Brie for 15 minutes before serving. Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze.
