1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1-3/4 cups water, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp butter or margarine to a boil. 2. Add rice mix, stir and reduce heat to simmer at medium low setting. 3. Cover and cook for 7-9 minutes or until rice is tender. 4. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes for sauce to thicken. 5. Stir and enjoy.
