Slow Cooker Chicken: Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 4 hrs. Makes 8 servings. 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts. 3/4 cup Frenchs Classic Yellow Mustard. 1/2 cup honey. (1) Arrange chicken in slow cooker. (2) Combine mustard and honey and pour over chicken. (3) Cook, covered, on low 6 to 7 hours or high 3 to 4 hours, until chicken is very tender and sauce is thickened. For optional results we recommend using boneless, skinless chicken thighs and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
