Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen lobster bites on a lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 12-17 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. For even browning, turn over halfway through. Air Fryer: Set fryer to 350 degrees F. Place frozen lobster bites in a single layer. Set timer for 6-7 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Keep frozen.
