Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Caramel Color, Spices (Pepper, Garlic, Celery Seed, Mustard), Malic Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.
Directions
1. Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. 2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approximately 15 minutes. 3. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx 5 min., stirring constantly. 4. Serve hot over rice or noodles. Suggestion of Ingredients (12 Servings): Beef (or Chicken, Lamb, Shrimp): 2 lbs. Onions: 2 lbs. Carrots: 9 oz. Potatoes: 10 oz. All ingredients are desirably chopped. Cooking Oil: 2 tbsp. Water: 5 US cups (1200 ml). S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix: 1 box. For half pack cooking (6 Servings): Use half amount of ingredients with 2-3/4 cups (660 ml) water. Keep refrigerated in airtight container after opening.
